Leveraging
the team’s core expertise, RELF aims to generate a superior risk adjusted
return by investing in residential housing developments in England. Target
borrowers are SME developers with a minimum of three years' experience.
The fund has had its Final Close and is no longer accepting commitments. The fund is in its re-investment phase, with runoff commencing in June 2029.
